Mesut Ozil took to Twitter after Germany’s 2-1 win over Georgia to apologise for the ‘suspenseful’ end to the match.

Germany and Georgia were on equal terms until Kruse scored their second in the 79th minute, which Ozil assisted.

The goal was vital, as it meant that Germany qualified for Euro 2016.

Well at least the midfielder had the good grace to apologise to the fans after putting them through the type of nerves that Arsenal fans are well and truly used to by this stage.
