OptaJoe released the fascinating stat recently that Petr Cech has the best save percentage of any other regular starting goalkeeper in the Premier League so far this season.

The 33-year-old has a save percentage of 82%, higher than any other keeper in the league right now.

After switching to north London from Chelsea after a lack of playing time, a few were concerned that the Czech Republic international had lost a bit of the world class quality that he was known for.

However, after some terrific performances, particularly against Liverpool and more recently Manchester United, he clearly hasn’t.
