Arsenal have signed 17-year-old Jordi Osei-Tutu to his first professional footballing contract.

The versatile player switched from Reading to the Gunners over the summer on scholarship terms and has now put pen to paper for his first professional deal.

Although his primary position is in defence, the youngster is said to be able to play as a winger, full-back and midfielder, which makes him a handy addition, and he’s already been impressing so far for the u18s.

The player is also part of England’s youth team and appears to be a huge prospect.

Since Osei-Tutu is so young, very little is known about him other than that he’s a big talent suited to multiple positions. Hopefully before long we’ll know a lot more.

Osei-Tutu is another in a long line of youth talent that we’ve signed recently and it seems as if we’re really trying to bolster our young squad.
