Arsene Wenger spoke to the media after Arsenal crashed and burned in Croatia and admitted that he has to look at himself as he was the one who made all the changes.
Leaving out Aaron Ramsey, Petr Cech, Hector Bellerin, Nacho Monreal, Theo Walcott and Francis Coquelin, the Gunners struggled to ever get a hold of the game in Zagreb and with Olivier Giroud’s first half dismissal they were left with far too much to do and not enough to do it with.
Wenger said “When we don’t win I have to look at myself. Deeply I don’t believe that the loss is down to the fact that we changed players.”
