After beating Leicester City 5-2 at their ground on Saturday, Arsene Wenger hailed Arsenal’s resilience after going 1-0 down early on and praised our counter-attacking football.

The boss was also full of compliments for the Foxes who, despite what the scoreline appears to reflect, were far from poor, especially doing the opening 20 minutes.

However, our counter-attack just proved too clinical and the likes of Walcott, Alexis and Giroud all made sure to put the victory well and truly to bed.

Counter-attacking football is something Arsenal are supposedly famous for but haven’t been great at in recent months. It’s good to see us regaining our swagger and impressing on all fronts.

The win puts us up to fourth in the Premier League ahead of our match at home to Manchester United who are top.
