Wellington Silva has been impressing while on loan at Bolton and even won Man of the Match against Motherwell in Keith Lasley’s testimonial.

Bolton won 2-1 with goals from Emile Heskey and Stephen Dobbie. Wellington Silva got the first assist after a speedy break to set Heskey up.

In addition to the assist, the 22-year old was instrumental to the match and was at the heart of everything. Although he’s only featured in two competitive games for his temporary club, it’s clear he’s going to have a great season.

Motherwell’s goal was a nice touch, as Bolton allowed Lasley’s son Alfie onto the pitch so he could score.
