All the talk is about Diego Costa and Mike Dean.

The referee’s incompetence gave Chelsea the upper hand in Saturday’s London derby at Stamford Bridge, with his failure to send off the Chelsea striker coupled with the red he showed to Arsenal defender Gabriel allowing Chelsea to take a huge advantage.

They made the most of their fortune, and eventually won 2-0 with Santi Cazorla also sent off; but there’s another man who could have seen red.

With all of Costa’s offences attracting attention, this has gone completely under the radar.

Kurt Zouma scored the opening goal of the game shortly after half-time but, according to the laws of the game, shouldn’t have been on the pitch.

Not that committing a sending off offence would be enough for Mike Dean to send off a Chelsea player on the day.
