Arsenal are reportedly ready to rope in 17-year-old Red Star Belgrade player, Luka Jovic.

The striker, who’s apparently also wanted by Spurs, has featured in 36 games for his team since he joined in 2014 and scored 10 goals in that time.

According to reports, Benfica are incredibly interested in signing the teenager who isn’t actually owned by his current club, and the chances that we’re looking at him are actually quite high.

Come January, if our attack takes another turn for the worse, Arsenal could be looking at recruiting from their own reserve team to help bolster the squad, therefore leaving room in the young team for another player.

However, by the sounds of it, Benfica are the main club involved and, since his agent and family are reportedly involved in his contract, it’s likely that a lot of noise is being drummed up over the youngster in order to help negotiations.
