Arsenal fans have had a knack of winning Twitter polls, so the club have decided to run a number of ‘best’ polls during the summer.

Most recently was the poll for the best team goal we’ve scored in the Premier League – a category brimming with brilliance.

Wilshere won, with the unforgettable goal scored against Norwich back in 2013, and saw off some good competition in the process.

Arsenal have become known for passing football and team goals, but Wilshere’s truly stands above the rest in this category. The fact we started with the ball in our own half is great, before the swift exchange of one-touch passes on the edge of the box. A one-touch right-foot finish was the cherry on top.

Hopefully more goals of this quality are seen at Emirates Stadium in the near future.
