To say Jack Wilshere has had a tough time is an understatement but, despite everything, he’s pushed on and still has a bright future ahead of him at Arsenal.

The 23-year-old has suffered through more serious injuries than any player should have to face. These injuries have had a knock-on affect, resulting in ongoing issues and a lack of playing time.

The boy who was destined for big things so early on in his Arsenal career had to watch as his peers progressed around him, while he stood still.

Last season, Wilshere only got the chance to feature in 24 matches. Arsene Wenger was wary of rushing him back too soon and forcing another set-back. However, at the end of the season, things were looking up as Wilshere scored a stunner in our final match against West Bromwich Albion.
