Damian Emiliano Martinez has announced he’s on his way back to London to begin pre-season training and posted an impressive video of him ‘winning‘ the crossbar challenge.
Posting on Instagram, the goalkeeper captioned the video with, “Last day in Argentina before going back to #UK.”
Last season, the Argentinian only appeared six times for the Arsenal first team and once for the under-21s. Therefore, the 22-year-old will be looking to his the ground running in pre-season in order to get more playing time, whether it’s for the reserves or the first team.
By the looks of the video he posted of him successfully hitting the crossbar, he’s looking sharp.
