Mo Marley has named her squad for the u19 Finals to be played in Israel from 15th July to 27th July. It is an interesting one with only one Arsenal player making the final squad.

The England U19s squad:

Goalkeepers: Sophie Baggaley (Birmingham City), Caitlin Leach (Aston Villa)

Defenders: Molly Bartrip (Reading), Ashlee Brown (Birmingham City), Elisha N’Dow (Aston Villa), Gabrielle George (Everton), Ellie Stewart (Everton), Eloise Wilson (Reading)

Midfielders: Katie Zelem (Liverpool), Jodie Brett (Chelsea), Taome Oliver (Arsenal), Millie Turner (Everton), Jenna Dear (Chelsea)

Forward: Mollie Green (Liverpool), Natasha Flint (Manchester City), Claudia Walker (Everton), Jenna Legg (Chelsea), Rosella Ayane (Chelsea)

Congratulations to Taome Oliver, the youngster has a similar playing style to Tomas Rosicky and has been an integral part of the successful u17 and development team sides in recent seasons. She also made her official first team debut this season in the 7-0 FA Cup win against Millwall Lionesses.

England u19 regulars Carla Humphrey and Leah Williamson, who played in the elite round back in April that ended in bizzare circumstances, have not been called up for the tournament which is a strange decision.
England will play Germany on the 15th, Spain on the 18th and Norway on the 21st July. The semi-finals will be played on the 24th and the final on the 27th. The top four teams of the tournament will qualify for the FIFA u20 2016 Women’s World Cup to be played in Papua New Guinea.
