Petr Čech has signed for Arsenal from Chelsea, and the goalkeeper seems absolutely delighted.
The Premier League legend confirmed the transfer via his personal Twitter account, ending an 11 year spell at Chelsea.

“I’m really excited about joining Arsenal Football Club and can’t wait to join up for pre-season,” the goalkeeper told Arsenal.com.
“I have the same commitment to football, the same motivation and the same hunger for success as I had at the beginning of my career, and I love the challenges brought by the top quality players you face while playing in the Premier League.”
It is clear that Čech was eager to stay in the Premier League, and says that Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger spoke to him, making his decision to join the club an easy one.
“When Arsène Wenger spoke to me about his ambitions for this club, and how he saw me as part of this team, the decision was clear.”
Since joining Chelsea in 2004 Čech has kept the most clean sheets in the Premier League, winning the title on four occasions.
The goalkeeper is just eight clean sheets short of the all-time Premier League record.
The signing is a massive deal for Arsenal, with Chelsea reluctant to sell him to a rival team, and it will be hoped that he takes Arsenal to the next level.
Welcome to Arsenal, Petr!
