Arsenal continued their chase for the FAWSL title with a comprehensive win over Sunderland on Sunday.

Scoring after just five minutes, the Gunners were pegged back in the first half before Kelly Smith’s second-half introduction changed the game in just nine minutes.

Creating havoc from the moment she was introduced, Smith won a penalty, which also saw Sunderland reduced to ten-men, allowing Arsenal to take control of the game and stroll to an easy win.
