Germany’s Bild are apparently claiming they know which teams will compete in next season’s Emirates Cup.

The tabloid are allegedly convinced that Wolfsburg, Atletico Madrid and Juventus will all travel to London for the showpiece pre-season tournament in what would be the strongest line-up of teams in a number of years.

After a lengthy search on both Bild and Sport Bild I was unable to locate the information although that is not to say it’s not up there, included in another article perhaps.

In previous seasons, the line-up for the tournament has been announced at the start of May so it would make sense that the teams have already been confirmed and we are just awaiting on an announcement from Arsenal.

It will be the eighth Emirates Cup to be held since Arsenal moved to their new stadium and would be the second time that Juventus have participated. They featured in the second Emirates Cup along with Real Madrid and Hamburg. Atletico Madrid also made an appearance in 2009 alongside Rangers and PSG.

It would be a first appearance for Wolfsburg.
