In a new infographic, Arsenal have showed large areas of support in western Europe.

A fascinating new infographic, put together using Twitter followers for each of the Premier League clubs, has shown some of Arsenal’s main support comes from western Europe.

In countries like France (no surprise there), Germany and Poland, Arsenal come out on top in terms of their Twitter following.

Our following even stretches to the Scandinavian country Sweden, and even further, to Asia, with China and Japan showing Arsenal as their dominant team.

Predictably, North America is shared pretty evenly between Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United, although the Gunners have the slight edge over the other English teams.

Interestingly, we also have a large following all over Africa, whereas I probably don’t need to tell you that in London and the southeast of the UK in general, we have the largest following of out of all the Premiership teams.
