Paris Saint-Germain Football Club, commonly referred to as Paris Saint-Germain, PSG, or simply Paris, is a professional football club based in Paris, France. The club was founded in 1970, and they currently play in Ligue 1, which is the top tier of French football. Paris Saint-Germain has won the Ligue 1 title a record 13 times, as well as the Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue multiple times each. They have also reached the final of the UEFA Champions League on several occasions, but have not yet won the competition.

PSG has a long list of star players. Some of the most notable include Neymar, Kylian Mbappé, Angel Di Maria, Marquinhos and many more. The team is also known for its passionate supporters, who are collectively known as the “12th man” of the team.

One of the most successful and famous coach in the team’s history is Unai Emery who led them in 2016-2018 and reached UEFA Champions League Final. Now the team is led by Mauricio Pochettino who took the charge on January 2021.

PSG are considered one of the most successful team in recent French football history, and among the elite teams in European football.
