Arsenal snatched a late draw in the closing stages against Southampton after a poor performance all round.

Here are our individual ratings.

Midfield

Sead Kolašinac 4

Got in the right position to cross plenty of times, but never managed to pick out a teammate.

He needs to do better from those positions because he always makes opportunities for himself.

Hector Bellerín 3

Messed up a counter-attack or two in the first half and lost possession in the second when Arsenal really needed to keep it.

He didn’t have much to do defensively and didn’t do anything noteworthy at the other end either.

Granit Xhaka 4

A handball and a poor pass to Nacho Monreal got Arsenal fans groaning that Granit still hasn’t learned his lessons defensively.

He ended up being substituted after not contributing much at either end, but that was as much the fault of the way the Gunners set up as his individual performance.

Aaron Ramsey 6

Aaron was very unlucky not to score when Forster got down well to save in the first half.

He was involved in a couple of good moves as the game went on, but then picked up an injury at a crucial time and left Arsenal essentially playing with 10 men after making all three substitutions.
