Olivier Giroud wanted to leave Chelsea in January due to his lack of playing time and the upcoming Euros, however Frank Lampard was unable to find a suitable replacement and the Frenchman as not allowed to leave.

Now 33, Giroud has played just 191 Premier League minutes this season with no goals or assists. Across all competitions he has one goal in 282 minutes.

His contract expires in the summer and Chelsea will not be renewing it, leaving Giroud free to agree a deal with another side outside England.

It is being claimed he has an offer on the table from Lazio.
