Bukayo Saka has revealed that at Arsenal they don’t call it a nutmeg, they call it a ‘little chilli’.

Perhaps it’s because it’s a little bit spicy.

Perhaps it’s because it’s hot.

For whatever reason, the Arsenal players have decided to rebrand what we’ve all known as a nutmeg our entire lives as a ‘little chilli’ for reasons I’m sure the kids understand.

Speaking in his post-match interview, along with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Saka was asked about his skills that led to Auba’s goal.

Saka told the press after the game, “I just thought that as soon as I passed it to him I found the space and I exploited it and it was almost a two v one situation but I always see it as a one v one.

“Then next a little nutmeg, we call that a little chilli. I sort of looked towards Eddie first because I like to cross it behind the defence but I saw that it was quite tight and the cut back was on so I put it through the gap, and it was a good finish from Pepe.”
