Football Insider claim both Fleck and Baldock are impressing Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta, including in the draw between his team and Sheffield United over the weekend.

Fleck is available for £20m this summer, according to another article from the same outlet. There’s no valuation given for Baldock, but he has a contract until 2022, and manager Chris Wilder isn’t keen to sell.

You can expect the usual inflated prices for internal Premier League transfers.

Fleck is 28 and plays in central midfield, scoring five goals and assisting two this season. Meanwhile, Baldock can play at right-back or right midfield.

Both players feature regularly in the Sheffield United lineup. Fleck is only up to 331 minutes missed of 2,070 in the Premier League this season. Baldock is yet to miss a single one. Both are helping push the promoted side up into the top-seven of the table.

The potential deals won’t go through in January, as Arsenal are only looking at loans and transfers with smaller fees right now. Perhaps this is one to keep an eye on for the summer though.
