Dani Ceballos deservedly picked up the Man of the Match award for his performance against Burnley on Saturday afternoon.
The Real Madrid man, who is on loan with no obligation to buy in his contract, made himself an instant fan favourite, covering more ground than any other player on the pitch while handling the ball like he was the lovechild of Santi Cazorla and Cesc Fabregas.
After the match, Unai Emery said of the 23-year-old, “It’s to use his quality in the best position in our team. I spoke with him before coming here, it’s to play as an eight and a No.10. He started like a 10 but changed with Willock.
“He can feel better on the pitch.”
