Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool could be without James Milner when the Reds arrive in London at the start of November.

Milner was taken off after just 26 minutes of Liverpool’s game against Manchester City at the weekend and the hamstring injury he suffered is expected to sideline him for the rest of October at least.

Although it is not a serious tear, it is bad enough to put his participation against Arsenal in doubt.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is already out for the rest of the season while Adam Lallana is back in full training but has not played since September due to a groin injury. Naby Keita and Fabinho have been, by some accounts, slow to settle in the Liverpool midfield leaving Klopp with something of a conundrum.

Milner will certainly miss Liverpool’s games against Huddersfield and Cardiff in the Premier League as well as their Champions League game against Red Star Belgrade.
