Arsenal will face Blackpool in their Carabao Cup Fourth Round game on October 31 with a 7.45pm kick-off.

Arsenal made their way to the fourth round of the competition thanks to a 3-1 win over Brentford. Rewarded with another home tie, Arsenal will welcome the Seasiders on Halloween.

The game comes three days after Arsenal’s trip to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace in the league and three days before welcoming Liverpool to Ashburton Grove.

Blackpool FC have dropped down to League One since their heady days in the Premier League under Ian Holloway. The two sides have played each other 82 times in total with Arsenal winning 43 to Blackpool’s 15. 24 have been draws.

The last time they faced each other was in the Premier League in April 2011. Arsenal won that game 3-1 and have not lost to Blackpool since January 1970 – a 3-2 reverse in the FA Cup.

In the last 10 meetings between the sides, Arsenal have a W6 D3 L1 record.
