Bologna, Cagliari, Trabzonspor and AS Monaco have all taken an interest in signing Vlad Dragomir, according to reports in Romania.

ProSport report that Trabzonspor are the latest club to join the race for the player. They plan to make an offer as soon as possible so Dragomir can join their pre-season preparations early.

They’re not the only team to take an interest though. The Italian press claim Bologna and Cagliari are interested, and AS Monaco are reportedly another option for the 19-year-old.

ProSport previously exclusively reported the widely-covered quotes from Dragomir’s agent, explaining that they’re still in negotiations with Arsenal over a possible new deal. They clearly have some connections to the youngster, although it seems most of the above links originate from outside sources.

Officially though, Dragomir is on Arsenal‘s list of released players, so we can assume his future lies elsewhere.

It’s disappointing to see the Romanian u21 international leave, as he had a solid season with the u23s, scoring six goals and assisting one in 20 league appearances.

Unfortunately, there are a number of players ahead of him in the pecking order performing just as well. The likes of Reiss Nelson and Eddie Nketiah are likely to snap up any first-team opportunities this season, making things difficult for Dragomir.

Hopefully he finds a club where he can play more regularly.
