Juventus are planning to come back for Hector Bellerin once again this summer, but want Arsenal to drop their asking price, according to reports.

Recently, Bellerin to Juventus has become one of those ongoing transfer rumours you just can’t shake. The media said they wanted to buy him last summer, then in January, and now in the current transfer window.

The Express write that Juventus remain keen on the right-back, and they’re confident Arsenal will listen to offers. However, they don’t want to match the £50m the Gunners want for the player.

This follows reports earlier this month that the two clubs were already in talks over Bellerin. Juventus certainly need a right-back pretty badly at the moment. They’re so short on options that in some recent games, Juan Cuadrado had to play the position.

Arsenal have no real reason to sell though. The 23-year-old is a promising talent, and the only first-team quality right-back they have in the squad. If anything they need to add to their full-back options this summer, not reduce them.

As for the player himself, it doesn’t seem like he has any plans to leave. He recently told the media Arsenal is his home, and he wants to stay for next season. In a separate interview he also confirmed he wants the club’s number 2 shirt, in a pretty clear sign he’s going to stay. We’ll see if he does.
