Watch: Mkhitaryan gets amazing reception at rehabilitation centre in hometown

Henrikh Mkhitaryan has donated a car to a Rehabilitation Center for wounded and disabled soldiers after visiting with them on a trip back home during the interlull.

Yesterday, we covered Mkhitaryan being mobbed as he attended an Armenian league match in his home town and the Arsenal man continued his visit home by meeting with students, teaching staff and wounded and disabled soldiers at the Yerevan State Medical University rather than visiting new slot sites.

Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, is Henrikh’s hometown.

Armenia play Estonia on Saturday (2pm kick-off) before facing Lithuania on Tuesday (4pm kick-off).

Both matches will be played at the 14,403-capacity Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium in the capital.

Finishing fifth in their World Cup qualifying group, behind Poland, Denmark, Montenegro and Romania, Armenia, ranked 91st in the world, will not be in Russia this summer giving Mkhitaryan a nice break before heading into his first pre-season with Arsenal.
