Jeff Reine-Adelaide made it two wins in two starts and Lucas Perez played his 14th match without a goal, as six Arsenal loanees featured over the weekend.

Reine-Adelaide played 62 minutes for Angers as they beat Guingamp 3-0. They’ve won every match the Arsenal loanee started for them, after losing three in a row before he made his full debut.

Meanwhile, Martinez conceded three goals as Getafe fell to a 3-1 defeat to Real Madrid. Of course, this was a match they’d have expected to lose anyway. The Argentinian did keep a clean sheet last time out against Deportivio La Coruna.

On the subject of Deportivo, Lucas Perez played 90 minutes as they drew 1-1 with Eibar. Perez still hasn’t scored since 19 November, a goal drought of 14 matches.

Carl Jenkinson also played the full match for Birmingham City in their 2-1 defeat to Nottingham Forest. Cohen Bramall made the bench, but didn’t come on.

Julio Pleguezuelo managed 85 minutes in Gimnastic Tarragona’s 2-1 defeat to Tenerife, and Chuba Akpom played 80 in Sint-Truiden’s 0-0 draw with Sporting Charleroi.

Takuma Asano, Joel Campbell and Marc Bola didn’t make the squad for Stuttgart, Real Betis and Bristol Rovers respectively. Campbell is still in the final stages of recovery after his long-term injury.

Krystian Bielik and Stephy Mavididi are both still out with injury. Mavididi’s match with Charlton Athletic against AFC Wimbledon was postponed anyway, as were Tafari Moore and Ben Sheaf’s matches with Wycombe Wanderers and Stevenage.

Kelechi Nwakali should play with MVV Maastricht against Fortuna Sittard tonight.
