Joel Campbell was named in Monday night’s squad for Real Betis and Kelechi Nwakali scored an impressive brace, as eight Arsenal loanees featured this weekend.
Campbell is finally back in the Real Betis squad for their trip to Alaves on Monday night.
We’ll have to wait and see if he features, but it’s good to see him back after a couple of long-term injuries.
He spent over four months out after being forced off against Espanyol in October.
Earlier in the weekend, Nwakali played 82 minutes in Maastricht’s 3-1 win over Utrecht II.
He scored two goals, both of which were curling efforts from outside the box. You can watch the highlights of his match below:

Reine-Adelaide played 76 minutes as Angers could only manage a 0-0 draw with Bordeaux. The winger gave a great account of himself though, completing 11 dribbles, the most of any player other than Neymar in a Ligue 1 game this season.
He also created a couple of chances which his teammates couldn’t convert.
Unfortunately, Chuba Akpom and Lucas Perez didn’t fare so well. The striking pair both drew blanks in 90 minutes as Sint-Truiden and Deportivo La Coruna lost 1-0 and 2-0 respectively.
Ben Sheaf got his first start for League Two Stevenage, and played 90 minutes as they drew 2-2 with Crewe Alexandra. Tafari Moore also played the full match in a 1-1 draw between Wycombe Wanderers and Cambridge United.
Meanwhile, Julio Pleguezuelo was on the winning side for Gimnastic de Tarragona as they kept a clean sheet. The Spanish side won 1-0 against Granada.
Carl Jenkinson came off at half-time with Birmingham City 3-0 down to Cardiff City, after struggling in the opening 45 minutes. Birmingham pulled two back in the second half for 3-2. Cohen Bramall was left on the bench for that match, as was Emi Martinez with Getafe.
Marc Bola and Takuma Asano didn’t make the squad for Bristol Rovers and Stuttgart.
Krystian Bielik and Stephy Mavididi are still on the road to recovery from injury, so they didn’t feature either.
