Catalan outlet Sport insist that Arsenal are desperate to sell Hector Bellerin in the summer and will demand between €50-60m for the 22-year-old.

Despite not actually linking Barcelona as Bellerin’s potential destination, Catalan outlet Sport (via Sport Witness) have quickly latched onto the rumour that the right-back is leaving Arsenal in the summer.

Juventus appear to be the main club in the frame to sign the 22-year-old but, considering Arsenal are allegedly going to demand between €50-60m (£44.3m – £53.2m) for the defender, it’s unlikely that the Serie A giants will actually make a swoop for him.

Despite signing a new six-deal deal with Arsenal at the end of 2016, Bellerin was heavily linked with a return to Barcelona last summer. However, Arsenal reportedly issued them with a stern ‘hands-off’ warning and, since then, the rumours have disappeared. Funny that.

Recently though, reports emerged claiming that Bellerin wanted a fresh start and, in the last week, rumours have been doing the rounds that Arsenal could cash in on him as part of another squad revamp this summer.

Is it only a matter of time before Barcelona are linked again? I’m sure the Catalan press will keep us in the loop…
