Petr Cech, Nacho Monreal and Danny Welbeck could all be fit for the North London derby this weekend.

Cech and Monreal had to be taken off during Arsenal’s 5-1 win over Everton last Saturday.

Monreal was removed at half-time due to illness, while Cech was substituted in the second half following a collision with Everton’s Oumar Niasse.

According to the Evening Standard, the two are expected to be fit for the trip to Tottenham later this week.

Monreal should recover in time, while the club is hopeful that Cech’s problem isn’t too serious and should clear up by the weekend.

There’s also good news about Danny Welbeck.

The forward has been out since mid-January due to a hip problem, but could return to the squad for Saturday.

That would give Arsenal an additional option off the bench, as well as another option for their Europa League tie against Östersunds FK next week.

Arsenal are likely to be unchanged from their 5-1 win over Everton.

That means Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang should keep his place up front, while Alex Iwobi and Aaron Ramsey would continue in midfield.

Jack Wilshere, who has recovered from an illness, could also be in contention, but faces stiff competition from Ramsey.
