Arsenal fans are feeling more pessimistic than usual ahead of their side’s Europa League match against Östersunds FK despite being 3-0 up already and it’s all because of the kit choice.

Arsenal are set to wear their blue away kit for the clash against Östersunds FK on Thursday night and this hasn’t gone down well with the fans, who absolutely hate the blue strip.

Not only is the kit unpopular, it’s also seemingly unlikely. In fact, Arsenal have only won once (4-2 v BATE Borisov) and drawn once in this strip. They’ve lost six.

Therefore, despite already being 3-0 in front following their successful trip to Sweden last week, Arsenal fans aren’t exactly full of confidence ahead of the return leg against Östersunds FK.

As Arsenal fans, we’ve grown used to seeing Arsenal, Arsenal things up and, if we’re going to do it, it’ll probably be in that ghastly blue kit.

Some fans are convinced that Arsenal will still romp the game and sail through to the next round with ease, which is cute, and makes me feel like they’ve not been paying attention this season.

Others are, quite frankly, having breakdowns over wearing this blue kit.

Here’s what Twitter had to say:

1. 4-0 loss confirmed

Arsenal fans have become sensitive souls over the last couple of years.

Next, it’s not all doom and gloom

2. Chin up!
