Queens Park Rangers are giving Arsenal winger Aaron Eyoma a trial ahead of a possible transfer.

Young winger Eyoma is having a trial with QPR. According to West London Sport, he’s already featured for QPR’s development team in a friendly against Colchester, which they won 3-2.

The 20-year-old came through as a winger at the club but has also played in midfield and as a full-back. He spent last season on loan at Dutch side FC Volendam, making eight appearances for their u21 side and scoring a single goal.

Eyoma has yet to make his first-team début for the club, however, having come through the age groups. He’s only featured four times at u23 level, and it looks likely that he’ll have to move away from the club if he wants a genuine shot at professional football.

It’s unknown if QPR have decided to offer Eyoma a contract, or if he’ll have to impress more in friendly games. With the club allowing him to go on trial elsewhere, it definitely seems he’s future will not be at Arsenal.

Arsenal look to be moving on a lot of players this month, with Chuba Akpom, Julio Pleguezuelo and Marcus McGuane linked with loan deals away from the Emirates.
