Paris St. Germain winger Lucas Moura is hoping to move to the Premier League, according to reports.

The 25-year-old is out of favour at PSG following the arrivals of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.

In fact, he’s so out of favour that he’s received just 71 minutes of first team action.

According to UOL, Lucas is considering leaving PSG and is looking at his options in the Premier League.

The report links him with Arsenal and Chelsea, who have been credited with an “old interest”. He could be available for £26m.

Lucas’ situation at the club became tricky when they signed Neymar from Barcelona and Kylian Mbappe from Monaco.

With so many attackers at their disposal, someone was always going to miss out.

Despite that, Lucas opted to stay at PSG and see if he could win a place in Unai Emery’s starting line-up.

UOL reports that the birth of his child and wanting to gain French citizenship were also reasons why he remained in France.

With those two issues settled, he’ll now be looking for a move.

Arsenal will need a new attacker when Alexis Sanchez leaves at the end of his contract. Lucas seems like an obvious choice.

Having French citizenship will help get around any work permit issues, while £26m looks an excellent price in the current market.
