Ian Wright has joked that Harry Kane should leave Tottenham before the North London derby.

It’s safe to admit at this point that Spurs have found themselves a very good striker.

Harry Kane has been prolific for Spurs over the last two seasons and has continued this season, scoring just the 13 goals last month.

With the 24-year-old in such fearsome form, Tottenham are starting to put a run of wins together and will fancy their chances in the title race.

His form has Ian Wright worried, and the former Arsenal striker is hoping Kane won’t be available for the first North London derby of the season in November.

“I think he should leave before the north London derby!” Wright joked on Match of the Day (via the Metro).

Unfortunately, it might be a bit difficult for Kane to move clubs when the transfer window is closed, but it’s the sentiment that counts.

On top of being a prolific striker, Kane has also developed an annoying habit of scoring in North London derbies.

In fact, he’s scored six goals in his last six matches against Arsenal. “Pest” doesn’t even begin to describe him.

Despite Kane’s form, Spurs are only a point ahead of Arsenal this so far. There shouldn’t be much difference between the two sides in the Premier League table when they meet in November.
