Paris Saint Germain’s Adrien Rabiot is reportedly yet to sign a new contract with the Ligue 1 giants.

Rabiot has under two years left on his current deal with PSG and according to reports from France (via talkSPORT), the 22-year-old is yet to put pen to paper on a new one.

Arsenal, as well as Tottenham and Liverpool, have been linked with the France international, so will be boosted by rumours that he doesn’t want to stay in the French capital as he’s sick of playing as a holding midfielder.

So far this season, Rabiot has made 12 appearances for PSG across all competitions, scoring twice and assisting twice.

The central midfielder has been at PSG since 2010 after he signed from Pôle Espoirs de Castelmaurou.

If Jack Wilshere does leave at the end of the season, as well as Santi Cazorla, Arsenal could do a lot worse than Rabiot. The 22-year-old is PSG’s third-highest rated player so far this term on Squawka, only behind Neymar and Edinson Cavani.

On average, he completes 94% of his passes but has only created seven chances in nine Ligue 1 matches. Perhaps he’s frustrated with his role has a holding midfield because he wants to contribute more.

AC Milan have also been linked.
