Arsenal have received a boost ahead of their trip to Everton on Sunday as three players return from injury.

Alexis Sanchez, Aaron Ramsey and Laurent Koscielny have all apparently been passed fit to travel to Goodison Park at the weekend. They could even feature against Red Star Belgrade in the Europa League on Thursday night. Although they’re not expected to start.

Alexis and Rambo didn’t made the squad for Arsenal’s away match against Watford on Saturday, which ended in a 2-1 defeat for Arsene Wenger’s side.

The pair had both been away on international duty with Chile and Wales respectively and while there weren’t any reports of physical injuries, neither of their national teams qualified for the 2018 World Cup in Russia. It’s therefore likely that Wenger gave both stars a mental break and a bit of a rest.

Kos, however, limped off in the final few minutes of the match at Vicarage Road at the weekend, which was concerning since the Frenchman has only just returned from injury.

The centre-back has an ongoing Achilles problem that flared up recently but he was obviously passed fit to face the Hornets.

Fortunately, all three should be available for Sunday, if not Thursday, which is just as well as Arsenal often have a really tough time away to Everton. In fact, last season the Gunners’ 2-1 loss to the Toffees at Goodison Park appeared to spark their downward spiral.
