Arsenal fans have reacted positively to Alexis Sanchez’s latest Instagram post, after the 28-year-old announced his return to club duties.
Alexis is due to return to the club soon after playing a couple of World Cup qualifiers with Chile. It hasn’t been the greatest week for the former Barcelona man, and people wondered what sort of mindset he’d be in once he returned.
If his latest Instagram post is anything to go by, he’s eager to get back to Arsenal and start playing football again.

The words “back home” have managed to endear him to some Arsenal supporters, who are happy to see him return.

Arsenal do need Alexis at his best. It’s the main reason why the Gunners kept him at the Emirates Stadium despite his desire to leave. While his relationship with the club might be strained now, the transfer window is over and it’s time to focus on the Premier League.
A fit and focussed Alexis will help the London club put a run of wins together and get them up the table after a difficult start. Arsenal currently sit 16th in the Premier League table with three points from as many games, coming off the back of consecutive defeats to Stoke City and Liverpool.
