Julian Draxler has reportedly been offered to Real Madrid.

According to Diario Gol (via Tribal Football), Draxler is set to snub both Liverpool and Arsenal in favour of a move to Real Madrid.

Apparently, the Germany international has been offered to the La Liga giants by his agent since Real president Florentino Perez is said to be on the hunt for a goalscorer.

Liverpool and Arsenal have both been rumoured to be interested in the winger, with Arsene Wenger being a long-time fan.

Despite signing for PSG in January, Draxler has been heavily linked with a move away from Ligue 1 after the French giants spent £200m on Neymar and a further £158m on Monaco’s Kylian Mbappe (once his loan spell is up) in the summer.

Although his agent Roger Witterman claimed that Draxler was staying at PSG in the summer, now that the player’s had time to think about his decision, this might have changed.

Draxler has made three starts in Ligue 1 this season but, if the report is to be believed, the 23-year-old can’t see much of a future in France now that he has to compete with his superstar teammates.

What’s more, Real manager Zinedine Zidane has been complaining his team’s lack of strikers this season.

“It’s true, when you look at the players we had like Morata,” he said.

“And when you see that now we only have [Borja] Mayoral that you might think we lack a No 9.

“I would have liked Morata to stay, but he wanted to play more and to leave.

“It wasn’t possible to sign another player.”

Draxler was said to be available for around £32m in the summer… presumably he’d cost even less in January.
