Arsenal have just one win from their opening three games. A crazy and unconvincing 4-3 victory over Leicester was followed by a profligate 1-0 defeat at Stoke and a 4-0 hammering at Liverpool.

They have a good record against Bournemouth at the Emirates, having won the previous two encounters fairly comfortably.

A mixtures of poor results and a chaotic end to the transfer window has unsettled Arsenal.

While they should be winning the game, an anxious home crowd and a lack of confidence may give Bournemouth the chance to cause an upset.

Bournemouth have also had a tricky start to the season, with three defeats from three.

They went down to a set-piece goal at West Brom on the opening day before suffering two home defeats against Watford and Manchester City.

They’re in desperate need for their first win of the season and might fancy their chances against a fragile Arsenal.
