Arsenal could still be interested in Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot according to latest reports.

The French midfielder has been linked with Arsenal a lot over the years, although links have gone quiet in the last couple of seasons.

As a young player in a stack midfield, Rabiot was always linked with a move away from the Parc des Princes so he could play more. However, he’s featured havily in recent seasons which led to speculation dying down.

Transfer Market Web via the Daily Star believe that Rabiot is a target for Arsenal, Tottenham and Juventus and could be purchased for £20m. Rabiot would actually be a good signing for the Gunners, however.

The 22-year-old would improve the technical level of Arsenal’s midfield and could be a long-term replacement for Santi Cazorla. If he was available for £20m, Arsene Wenger should certainly be all over it.

However, Paris Saint-Germain rarely sell their first-team players and would be very unlikely to sell one of their better prospects for just £20m. If an English club is interested, they would surely demand at least double that.

Rabiot made 39 appearances for PSG last season and has recently earned his first caps for France. He would certainly improve Arsenal midfield if they took a shot at him.
