Toulouse manager, Pascal Dupraz, has revealed that 18-year-old goalkeeper, Alban Lafont, won’t be going anywhere this summer.

Shortly after Arsenal were rumoured to have made contact with Toulouse over the availability of Lafont, the Ligue 1 side’s boss has made it clear that, as far as he’s concerned, the teenager isn’t going anywhere.

“Lafont? He won’t be leaving,” Dupraz told Sport365 [via Sport Witness].

Arsenal were reportedly lining Lafont up as a replacement for David Ospina, as reports linking the Colombian with a £3.5m move to Fenerbahce have started up again.

Lafont still has three years left on his deal with Toulouse having signed for them from AS Lattoise in 2014.

Last season, the France u20 international was Toulouse’s number one and made 38 appearances, keeping 11 clean sheets.

Dupraz’s insistence on the French club keeping their goalkeeper suggests that Lafont will continue to be number one next season.
