After finally agreeing to cough up more than five quid for Wojciech Szczesny, Juventus have shown the goalkeeper exactly how much he means to them by… spelling his name wrong on his shirt.

Juventus spelled Woj’s surname ‘Szczesney’ instead of Szczesny on the back of his new kit, which is pretty much falling at the first hurdle.

While this isn’t the most monumental spelling error, considering these shirts must have to change hands numerous times until they actually get given to the player, particularly a player the Serie A squad were linked with for so long, this is pretty embarrassing for them.

Arsenal fans are still perplexed over their club selling the goalkeeper who was supposed to be their future #1.

The deal is thought to be for around £10m – double what the Old Lady reportedly originally offered.
