Talks with Fenerbahce for the transfer of Arsenal’s Lucas Perez are heading for a conclusion, according to reports.

The Turkish club are hoping to secure a season-long loan deal, since they don’t think that they’ll be able to reach an agreement over a fee, according to talkSPORT.

The Spaniard only made nine starts in all competitions for Arsenal last season and didn’t complete 90 minutes on a single occasion in the league for the Gunners.

Despite this, he managed seven goals and five assists and has a number of clubs keen on his signature as a result.

Turkish side Fenerbahce are reportedly after the player since Deportivo have already reportedly pulled out over the cost of the transfer. Sevilla have been linked but there’s been no approach.

Lucas still has another three years on his contract at the Emirates Stadium so if Arsenal can’t sell him on, he will be forced to stay in London.
