Arsenal have finished their six pre-season games before the Community Shield on 6 August, so what have Gooners made of it?
Arsenal have won four out of their six pre-season games.
They’ve faced Sydney FC, Western Sydney Wanderers, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Benfica and Sevilla, and while there have been some comfortable victories in there, most notably against the Portuguese champions (5-2), Arsenal fans are far from confident going into the 2017/18 season.
After finishing fifth in the Premier League in May, Gooners want to see something inspiring and fresh ahead of next term. Something that’s going to get them excited and hopeful. However, when we asked you what you thought of the Gunners’ pre-season this summer, most seem to agree that it just feels like the same old s**t, different day.
I'm very confident…..that we won't win the league…

Fans seem worried not just by Arsenal’s lack of grit when it comes to facing teams we should at least be giving a run for their money, but their lack of improvement, mainly in defence where the Gunners were terrible again against Sevilla.
Well, let's put it this way. I've ordered 4,000 prozac & a big bag of man nappies for every occasion at team hits us on the counter attack.

We need to work on our defensive side of the game, hurt us badly last year and so far in preseason it hasn't improved!!!

Hard to feel optimistic. So open at the back.

People also believe we need to sign a couple more players, most notably Thomas Lemar and Jean Seri, in order to be competitive.
Get Lemar and Seri … Keep Alexis

Not confident enough. Get Lemar and Seri…. If Alexis wants to leave, send him to PSG

What every seems to agree on is that this Arsenal team are nowhere near ready to challenge for the title next season.
Fun times.
