Arsenal and Tottenham are reportedly still interested in signing Manchester City prodigy Jadon Sancho.

  • Sancho was left out of City’s tour squad, despite being expected to travel
  • There is speculation he may leave City due to a potential lack of first team opportunities
  • Arsenal and Spurs are monitoring the left winger

The 17-year-old was a star performer for the England U17s earlier this summer, helping them reach the final of the U17 European Championships.

He was offered a new contract at Manchester City and was expected to travel with the squad on their tour of the United States.

However, he was not selected and has been left behind in England, fuelling speculation that he could leave City.

Arsenal and Tottenham are said to be monitoring the situation and could offer Sancho a way out of City.

Sancho is one of England’s and Manchester City’s most promising talents, but may find it difficult to break into the City first team with the amount of attacking talent they have.

The situation wouldn’t be much better at Arsenal or Spurs, but it’ll be interesting to see if anything develops from this.

He is also reportedly keen to move back to London.
