West Ham manager, Slaven Bilic, is reportedly ‘very interested’ in signing Olivier Giroud this summer.

The French media are convinced that selling Giroud to West Ham is ‘credible solution’ for Arsenal, who are apparently trying to sign Monaco’s Kylian Mbappe and Lyon’s Alexandre Lacazette.

Bilic is reportedly ‘very interested’ in signing the big guy, who scored 16 goals in 40 appearances last season, as the Hammers are on the look-out for a new striker.

Although Giroud signed a new deal with the Gunners at the beginning of the year, taking his current contract up until 2019, the 30-year-old is keen for more playing time after being benched behind Alexis Sanchez last season.

The Hammers are thought to be willing to fork out £20m for Giroud and offer him the highest ever wages at the club: £130k-per-week.
