David Ospina’s rumoured move to Fenerbahce appears to be hanging in the balance as the Turkish club turn their attention to Malaga goalkeeper, Carlos Kameni.

Ospina’s £3m move to Fenerbahce was all but complete until Arsenal reportedly increased the goalkeeper’s asking price at the last minute.

Now, according to AS, the Turkish club have conceded defeat and turned their attention to Kameni, who is thought to cost slightly less despite apparently demanding up to €2m-a-year in wages.

Ospina has admitted that while he’s happy at Arsenal, he needs more consistent playing time and considering he only featured 14 times for the Gunners last season, it’s understandable that he’d want to leave.

story trackerThe Fenerbahce deal was said to be in its final stages before Arsenal apparently changed their demands.

Fortunately for just about everyone, it looks as if LA Galaxy is ready to bring the Colombia international to the MLS, which the 28-year-old has admitted to being open to in the past.

Ospina has two years left on his current Arsenal deal.
