Arsenal have reportedly made signing Monaco’s Kylian Mbappe and Thomas Lemar, as well as Lyon’s Alexandre Lacazette, their main transfer targets this summer.

The Telegraph believes that Arsene Wenger is going to focus on signing Mbappe, Lemar and Lacazette this summer.

Apparently, the Gunners are readying bids for the Ligue 1 trio and Wenger is willing to ‘spend big’ rebuilding his squad for next season.

And he’ll have to.

Lacazette, who scored 37 goals in 45 games for Lyon last season, will set Arsenal back a reported £60m, including add-ons, while Monaco midfielder, Lemar, is said to cost around £25m.

The Gunners are also allegedly willing to fork out up to £122m for 18-year-old Mbappe, which would bring Arsenal’s transfer total to a humongous £207m.

Whether Wenger is really willing to shell out this much on three players remains to be seen. However, one thing’s for certain, Arsenal’s squad needs some big signings if they’re going to compete next season.
