Barcelona have reportedly told Arda Turan that he can leave the club this summer.

Turan has reportedly been given permission to leave Barcelona this summer, amid reports that Arsenal have lodged a £26.3m bid in order to bring the midfielder to north London this summer.

Inter Milan and Sporting are also said to be interested in the 30-year-old.

Arsenal have been reportedly readying this bid for a while, if the press are to be believed…

However, Turan’s agent, Ahmet Bulut, recently claimed that his client wasn’t going anywhere, saying, “Arda is not going anywhere. Barcelona’s directors are happy with him.

“We haven’t spoken to any club about a transfer. The stories that have come out in the media that he will be leaving have annoyed Arda.

“And nor has it gone down well with board members at the club – Arda Turan will see out his contract. He will stay at Barca until 2020.”

story trackerTuran’s struggled for game time at Barcelona and is thought to be pushing for a move despite having three years left on his current deal.

The former Turkey international made 30 appearances for the Catalans last season, scoring 13 and assisting seven.
